In order to succeed as an active citizen in the 21st century, young people now need an array of knowledge and skills that are constantly changing and developing. At Teign School, we aim to provide an education that both nurtures and develops those skills, helping all students to progress and exploit the many assets they have. We take pride in the strength of their academic achievements and the manner in which they leave us as rounded individuals who serve the community in which they live. Ensuring that all students experience the very best education during their time at Teign remains at the heart of all we do. - Mark Woodlock, Head of Teign School

DATE FOR YEAR 7 PARENTS!
Dear Year 7 parents,
Year 7 Parents Evening will be on Wednesday 3rd July not Thursday 4th as previously published. This is a valuable opportunity for you to speak to subject teachers about your son/daughter’s progress. Appointments will be available between 4.30pm and 7.30pm. You will receive an appointment sheet on Tuesday 18th June. It is then the responsibility of your son/daughter to make these appointments with their subject teachers. Full reports will be sent home with students on Tuesday 25th June. I will be available, as will the tutors should you wish to meet with us. I can not stress enough the importance of parents evenings and look forward to seeing you there.
